Terms & Conditions

  1. Orders will usually be delivered within 3 working days after day of order placement. If any special circumstance arises that prevents this from happening we will advise as soon as we are aware of such a circumstance and agree the delivery schedule with you. At peak times when we are very busy the delivery period may lengthen.
  2. Standard delivery times are between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. The courier will contact you directly prior to the delivery to arrange. Our couriers do not have to commit to a timed delivery or advise morning or afternoon however they may do so when calling to confirm the delivery.
  3. If the customer having agreed to accept delivery is subsequently found not to be available when delivery is being made there will be an additional charge of €30 per pallet for redelivery.
  4. There is no onus on the delivery driver to place the pallet any further than the drop zone the driver chooses as being the most appropriate. However drivers will usually help the customer to get the pallet to the desired final location where the access is suitable to do so. We must stress this is not part of the delivery remit. If your access is such that it does not allow placement of the pallet within your property boundary then the driver will drop the pallet as close to the property as it is reasonably and safely possible to do so. This may mean on a public pathway from where it is the customer’s responsibility to remove it on to their property.
  5. The delivery must be checked and signed for on arrival. This requirement is waived in the event that the courier has been be advised by the customer to leave the pallet at the property. In this case all risk relating to the dropped goods is the customers.
  6. Orders may only be placed by persons 18 years.
  7. Goods must be paid for before shipping.
  8. If there is any problem or issue with a delivery that cannot be resolved at the delivery point the customer must let us know immediately on (087) 132 0894.
  9. Should any dispute arise and the goods are returned to Stoneset Limited, we will refund the customer less any charges incurred. Goods must be returned to Stoneset Ltd at Brannockstown Cross, Trim, Co Meath within 7 days of receipt. If it is found that the returned goods are below standard we will replace or refund the order within 7 days.
  10. Goods should be inspected once they arrive with the customer to ensure satisfaction. Any problems with the product must be reported directly to Stoneset Limited by calling 0871320894 or emailing info@woodfuel.ie
  11. Order Cancellations You may cancel your order anytime up to 7 days after you receive the goods. The cost and shipping arrangement of returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility. Returned goods must be fully intact and complete in original packaging and wrapping. Please notify Stoneset Limited by calling 0871320894 or emailing info@woodfuel.ie of your intention to return the goods. On satisfactory receipt of the returned goods we will make a full refund less the cost of the original shipping which is currently charged at €50 + VAT.
  12. Refunds are usually made by the same method in which the original payment was made online and will be done with 5 working days of the refund being agreed. Stoneset Ltd make every effort to ensure that information regarding our products is up to date and accurate. We reserve the right to supply product with slight variations with respect to pallet and crate sizes.
