- We understand that customers like to be there when the delivery is made.
- This is not always possible to arrange as couriers are working multiple deliveries and are usually not in a position to arrive at a specific pre-arranged time.
- We therefore ask that customers arrange that someone can be there on the arranged day or otherwise leave us detailed instructions of where the pallet is to be left.
- Please take into account the size of the delivery truck and the ground type when choosing a spot.
- It may not be possible to place the pallet where you want it due to site constraints. In this case the pallet will be left at the most appropriate spot agreed or determined by the courier.
- Be prepared for the possibility that you may have to unpack your delivery to get it to where you want it.
- If you have concerns please contact us on ordering to discuss the delivery. We will try to determine what the best solution is from the information you provide.
- Slopes are bad! Level is good.
- Grass and Gravel are bad! However they can be overcome if the customer places a sheet of 8’x4’ plywood down to take the pallet.
- Concrete is good and Tarmac is good but if you are worried about wheel marks or damage place a sheet of plywood down to accept the pallet
- It is your responsibility to dispose of the product packaging.
